Lakes District Air Services Ltd is a small, family run business, serving North Central British Columbia since 1976. Based at Burns Lake, we offer aircraft charter services and fly-in only wilderness adventures and getaway packages.

Lou has been flying the skies for over 18,000 hours. Most of his experience has been on the coast and in the mountains of British Columbia, flying our reliable Dehavilland Beaver and Cessna 185.

Burns Lake is located 142 miles (299km) west of Prince George on Hwy 16, and offers all services for the traveller. From Seattle, the drive is approximately 14 hours and from Vancouver and Edmonton approximately 12 hours. A 50 minute float plane flight will take you over breathtaking mountain scenery to either Tesla Lake or Coles Lake.
